• Parts weekly replenishment according to safety stock setup and consumption data to get ready for order release.
• Take ownership to manage parts inventory to meet plant & division target through various optimization initiatives and sharing with sister plants.
• Provide parts structure visibility upon needed with accurate data and efficient approach.
• Review and manage parts related set-up under co-work with relevant cross functions, including item ID/description/safety stock/price etc. to ensure a healthy database at all times.
• Take ownership on slow moving parts related tasks to minimize impact on plant and maximize overall division-wise benefit.
• Work with plant engineer/sister plant/division counterparts on MRO inventory management related projects to present and achieve various targets.
• Support physical goods/ERP system receiving and payments issue.
• Back up for MRO sourcing and parts establishment.

Education & Experience  

• University or above degree, major in Engineering, mechanical, project management, SCM planning or other related experience.
• Over 5+ years on related spare part management or planning in multinational company.
