MISSION

• Transfer OEM specification to technical offer;
• Manage and monitor the development scheduling for control system;
• Support vehicle SOP and after sale quality investigation;

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

 Responsibility

 1、Draft technical offer in accordance with the OEM requirements;      

       Manage deviation during the project development phase; Responsibility.

 2、 Make the overall planning for control system, implement the planning during development phase and validation phase, ensure it meeting OEM vehicle development schedule;      

       Define the validation lists together with calibration team based on the project variation; 

       Respect the budget for software development and calibration/validation cost;    

       File reports for the control system calibration;   

       Communicate with PO mechatronic team in other region for common solution, share experience and expertise regarding to local specialties;   

       Schedule road mission planning with OEM; Responsibility 

3 、 Support OEM customer for technical questions and presentations. ·       

       Support vehicle production during ramping up phase; ·    

       Prepare the documentation needed for homologation and after sale guiding;      

       Cooperate with quality team for after sale issue investigation 。

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background

• Engineering Bachelor or above
• 3-5 years working experience in automotive industry for calibration (SCR related favorable)
• Good English, specially written English

Skills & Abilities

knowledge of mechatronic system

Matlab/Simulink, Inca, CANape

Data analysis ability

Knowledge for engine after treatment system
