MISSION

Detect as much as possible the SCR injection system problems by conducting various validation tests and make proposal for solution

 

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Responsibility 1

• Arrange the SCR system test setup, including engine bench, on vehicle, or on EOL vehicle assembly line;
• Debug the device problems (communication, data storage, etc);
• Coordinate the resources needed (test hardware) for the tests based on the priority on site;

Responsibility 2:

• Run the test according to PO standard, with the help of OEM engineers or technicians.
• Summarize and analyze the abnormalities found in the test, report filed
• Propose solutions by calibration change or applicative software update

Responsibility 3:

• Highlight the risks observed, either due to malfunction of the ADM or due to mal-usage
• Follow production process during the ramp up phase, feedback the problems regarding to the production procedure

Responsibility 4:

• Draft the test plan according to project schedule
• Compare the impact/performance of different calibration versions by doing test on vehicle, controlling the test condition deviations.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background

• Engineering Bachelor or above
• 1-2years working experience in automotive industry (SCR related favorable)
• Good English, specially written English

Job Technical skills

• knowledge of vehicle calibration
• calibration tool INCA/Canape usage experience
• Data analysis ability
