职责描述 Job Description：

1. Help the clients solve their issues about our system (SCM, CPM, Checklink)

帮助客户解决我们系统的问题（SCM，CPM和Checklink）

2. Answer the clients’questions about our system (SCM, CPM, Checklink)

回答客户关于系统的使用问题（SCM，CPM和Checklink）

3. Analysis the reason of the system issues raised by the clients, if cannot solve the issue, collect the data and screenshot , escalate the issues to higher level support or development Team.

分析客户提出的系统问题的原因，如果自己不能独立解决，收集相关信息如操作步骤，相关系统后台数据和屏幕的截屏，然后将问题提交到更高级别的技术支持和开发团队。

4. Fix the system bug and report the bug and solution to development team.

修复系统的Bug或者将Bug和解决方案提交给开发团队。

5. Doing system upgrade for clients if required.

帮助客户升级系统

6. Install our system on the cloud servers or the servers located at the clients place.

在云服务器上或者客户本地服务器上安装我们的系统。

7. Optimize the Oracle or SQL Server Store procedures used by our system if required.

优化我们系统所使用的Oracle或者SQL Server数据库的存储过程

8. Change MS SQL Server report service reports format as required by the clients

按客户要求修改MS SQL Server报表服务中报表的格式

任职要求 Requirements：

1. Have the working experiences as Oracle DBA or have the experiences on developing Oracle Store Procedures by PL/SQL at least for 2 years.

有2年以上Oracle数据库管理员的经验或者开发Oracle 存储过程的经验

2. Familiar with MS SQL server

熟悉或者了解微软的SQL Server数据库

3. Better have the experiences on developing reports by MS SQL server report service.

***具有开发SQL Server 报表服务器报表的经验

4. Better have the experiences of the website development base on .net framework.

***具有基于.net framework 开发网站的经验

5. Good communication on vocal and writing.

好的沟通技巧，

6. Good in English, at least have no problem of reading and writing.

具有一定的英文水平，至少读写听没有问题，可以进行基本的沟通。
