1、 维护总经理的重要客户资源，建立良好的商业关系；

2、 协助总经理制定年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解，起草公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件；

3、 协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门关系；

4、 配合总经理处理外部公共关系，参与公司公关活动的策划、安排、组织工作；

5、负责总经理召集的会议安排和记录管理；

6、 负责公司对内外联系的各种信息资源管理工作（包含记录、整理、分类、归档），总经理与各部门负责人之间的信息上传下达。

 7、负责总经理安排的临时性工作。

   

任职要求：

  1、 年龄30岁以下，***，本科及以上学历，文秘专业／档案管理专业，公关、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业毕业，具有3年以上相关岗位工作经验。

 2、 工作有条理性、细致认真，责任心强，具有良好的职业素养和职业操守。

 3、 具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力。

 4、 有较好的写作能力以及阅读能力。

 5、 有驾驶证，会驾驶人员优先考虑。
