岗位职责:

1. 负责计算机硬件、外设、软件等的故障诊断与维护, 对用户所使用的各种IT设备和IT系统提供必要的支持
2. 管理IT机房的运行, 对机房中的服务器、网络设备等的运行进行日常检查和监控, 同时确保空调、供电、UPS等辅助设备的良好状态
3. 对IT资产进行管理，按照资产管理的要求进行申请、采购、盘点、报废等流程，确保资产数据库的数据与实物一致
4. 与其他维护团队进行良好沟通与协作, 确保相关设备和系统能够正常运行
5. 对会议室设备和远程会议系统进行维护、支持和故障诊断
6. 完成上级安排的其他临时性工作和任务

                            

    

任职要求:

1. 大专以上学历, 3年以上IT支持相关工作经验. 吃苦耐劳, 敬业爱岗
2. 具备充分的IT相关知识, 包括但不限于: 计算机软硬件, 网络设备, 服务器, 机房设施, 布线工程等
3. 具备一定的英语水平, 熟悉计算机相关的英文术语
4. 具备良好的人际交往能力, 能够与公司内外各方面进行良好沟通
5. 具备良好的团队合作意识和敬业精神, 能够良好的融入团队
6. 具有相关IT管理能力者优先, 包括但不限于: 资产管理, 项目管理等
