Administering quality issues based on the legal and corporate specifications and standards

根据企业质量方针与目标，按照质量管理体系的要求，对质量管理工作进行监督与指导.

Be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and executing all internal ISO9001 compliance audits, follow-up audits, Coordinating the external audit activities (second party, third party audit).

在ISO9001的指导下，负责编制、协调和执行公司的内部审核计划，并跟踪所有的内审结果，同时负责组织和协调外部审核（第二方、第三方审核）。

8、Main accountabilities/主要职责:

a. Responsible for reject analysis and quality report.

负责全公司的废品统计分析管理和质量报告。

b. Maintains quality assurance system strictly according to ISO9001; Monitors QMS based on quality control procedure.

严格按照ISO9001体系要求维护公司的质量保证系统；根据质量控制步骤监控QMS（质量管理系统）中的变化。

c. Responsible for managing the QC team & lab management；负责QC团队管理,质量墙和化验室管理。

d. Responsible quality control for raw materials& Auxiliary material，checking and report; and issue the SCAR. Give final confirmation for the quality of the final packing products & aux incoming; responsible for income checking and final inspection。

负责原辅料进料质量控制，抽检和报告，不合格投诉; 负责产品终检的确认等质量管理工作。

Clear instruction, control items (different for products, ), how to check, what order ("final" meaning)。 Rule, procedure for NOK products, analysis, action, effectiveness Sign off。 明确不同产品的受控项，检测什么，如何检测（体现终检的意义）。对不合格产品的规则、流程、分析、措施、效果并签字确认。

Key process parameter关键工序参数

Identified and check regularly ；the core data display on floor, immediate out-of-spec visible，reaction on any out of spec, documented；regular base for confirmation or calibration and process improvement opportunities and followed by actions 。

确定关键工序并定期检查看板管理，超标数据能及时可见；对每次超标做出响应，并作记录；确认或校准建立常规基础，工序改进机会和后续行动制定措施。

d. Analyzing quality control results according to internal and external technical specifications of VESUVIUS; Stop the production if quality assurance is not clear.

根据维苏威公司的内部及外部技术规格分析质量控制结果。在质量保证不确定的情况下有权有责任中断生产。

e. Accurately records the on-line process indicators and inspection results（Including lab data）, and feedback and handle the abnormal data; monthly analyzes the process capacity，Responsible for quality control of production activities; Monitors and audits related records of key control point and material management.

负责在线工艺参数、质量检查数据（包括化验室检测数据）的准确录用，及时反馈并参与异常数据处理;对工艺参数和质量数据进行在线实时分析；按月分析工序能力。

负责生产过程的质量监控（生产、工艺质量、物料、标准化等）；负责生产过程的关键控制点的监控、物料管理的监控以及各质量、生产记录数据的审核。

f. Coordinate daily rejects analysis meeting and responsible for finding the reason caused by; 参与每日废品分析会议，负责废品原因调查分析;

g、Red box 红盘管理

Respond for production traceability；Authorized &control reworks；information circulation and action followed (especially reworking, following procedure) ；high risk for CCAR，special flow and labelling；yellow card, and good communication and regular review with production，included SW；Concession process, SRMR preparation。

负责产品可追溯性，信息流通和后续措施 (特别是返工产品须符合流程)；对返工产品进行授权和控制；控制CCAR的高风险项，特殊跟踪及标识；黄卡的使用,需要与生产建立良好的沟通和定期审查,包括SW；建立让步接收流程，SRMR准备工作。

f、Respond for control plant audit and update ；training on inspection tasks ，training model, training, per group； all operators involved, not just final inspection；Respond training effect。

负责控制计划的审核、更新；负责培训，分班培训，并选择恰当的培训方式，所有质量及相关生产人员, 而不仅仅是终检人员；负责培训效果的评估。

g、CCAR feedback and PPS;

检查回复CCAR并运用PPS的方法解决问题。

College degree or above, major in Science and technology or related.

More than 5 years working experience in quality control in ceramic industry.

五年以上的制造业质量控制方面工作经验。

Experience with SPC methods and techniques, inspection tools, customer service corrective action systems, and supplier corrective action systems.

具有SPC方法和技术，检查工具，客户抱怨纠正系统和供应商纠正措施系统的使用经验。
