Position Description

Purpose of the Position:

• Part of CDT China FP&A team to support CDT China operations

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly sales closing, AR forecast and collection monitoring
• Support monthly China region Financial analysis and reports
• Support March/Sept forecast, annual budget and 5yr planning process
• Support Order to cash cycle internal control and external audit
• Support business activities including customer credits management, sales revenue recognition and goal sharing performance plan etc.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting, master’s degree preferred
• 6+ years min, MNC FPA/Manufacturing costing/ Big 4 audit firm experiences preferred
• CPA, CMA, ACCA certification preferred

Required Skills

• Strong business/Financial analysis insights and experience
• Good accounting skill
• Self-motivated, result orientated and learn quickly
• Fluency in English communication

• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently
• Proactive, open-minded, and passion for initiation

Desired Skills

• Familiar with PeopleSoft
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
