主要工作Main missions:

• Generate design concepts and produce conforming designs, parameters and calculations (provided by a project engineer or lead engineer).

  生成设计概念并进行相应设计、参数和计算（由项目工程师或高级工程师提供）。

• Develop feasible designs, considering available manufacturing processes. Perform engineering calculations for mass, strength and mechanical performance.

  进行可行性设计，并考虑到可用的制造方法。为质量、强度和机械性能进行工程计算。

• Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents.

  准备并保存工程文件的发布和更改。

• For each assigned project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations.

  为分派的项目提供备用设计解决方案以及分析、支持信息和建议。

• Insure the accuracy of Designers' and Detailers' work by giving them clear, complete technical direction and by verifying the output.

  通过提供清晰完整的的技术指导和输出核对来确保设计者和销售者工作的准确性。

• Lead all design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies

  领导所有设计故障模式和效应分析(FMEA)研究。

• Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements and apply as required.

  熟知客户CAD数据完整性要求并按要求进行运用。

• Ensure that designs comply with government and customer specifications and regulations.

  确保设计遵循政府和客户规定和规则。

• Complete all assignments following prescribed schedules.

  按照安排表完成所有任务。

• Actively participate in product design reviews when required.

  积极参与产品设计审查（若需要）。

   

  Skills & Knowhow

• Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry

  在工业环境中设计开发领域的经验，汽车工业环境最为理想

• Knowledge and experience in the Project Management process

  项目管理过程的知识和经验

•  Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods

  熟悉项目标准、工具和方法

•  Appropriate training in program specific CAD software

  接受过项目有关的CAD软件方面的培训

•  Familiar with primary manufacturing methods

  熟悉主要制造方法

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Good at English communication

东风佛吉亚内饰主要业务领域涵盖仪表板/副仪表板、门护板、隔音降噪零件、双色高光内外饰注塑件及中大注塑件。主要为神龙汽车、东风本田、东风乘用车及其它主机厂提供配套服务。新厂区于2016年8月迁入，座落在武汉经济技术开发区后观湖大道上，占地约33000㎡，毗邻神龙三厂及东风乘用车公司，拥有独立的研发中心及实验室，现有员工200余人。
