首要职责
Primary Functions
确认客户同意后,快速正确的执行销售订单和制定订货合同或采购单
To ensure Sales Orders are executed promptly and accurately upon receipt of customer’s acceptance and confirmation of order or Purchase Order.
确保所有从各区域来的关于销售方面的学问要经过专业性的处理
To ensure all incoming sales enquiries from all regions are managed professionally.
确保所有的订单通过牧野日本,牧野亚洲和牧野武汉的生产与监控,并且确定机床的交货安排
To ensure all orders are process to MT or MA or MJC production and monitor completion and delivery arrangement for machine orders.
保证文件和工作的即时完成
To ensure proper documentation and timely accomplishment of work
主要任务和职责
Main Duties & Responsibilities
提供地区性的售后服务
Providing post Sales supporting role in regional territories
1.询问处理(10%)
Inquiry processing:
·准备和核对报价
Prepare and check quotation;
· 提供牧野日本/牧野亚洲的机床价格,交货期,和相关技术
Provide MT/MA machines price, delivery time, and technical;
· 报价总结
Summarize quotation;
· 监督客户的保险
Monitor customer protection.
2.订单处理(10%)
Order processing:
· 准备和核对合同
Prepare and check contract;
·核对牧野亚洲机床的QEM和牧野日本的BOIS
Check OEM of MA machine and BOIS of MT machine.
3.安全交易(10%)
Trade security:
· 为牧野亚洲机床准备TSC文件和为牧野日本准备METI文件
Prepare TSC documentation for MA machine and METI documentation for MT machine.
4. 报关(10%)
Shipping:
· 核对信用证并协调牧野亚洲/牧野日本和客户进行磋商
Check Letter of Credit and coordinate with MA/MT to negotiate with customer;
· 协助/指导客户准备机床进口手续
Assist/Guide customer to prepare the machine import;
· 监控船期并与牧野日本/牧野亚洲,客户互通,确保机床顺利进口
Monitor shipping schedule and negotiate with ML/MA/customer for smooth shipment;
· 通知服务部,应用部机床的运输日期
Instruct shipping schedule to Service dept. and Application dept.;
· 通过销售行政部门可以申请所进口的被损坏的零件和机床的保险
Claim insurance of damaged parts or machine incoming of order thru Sales Admin dept.
5.付款(10%)
Payment:
·申请信用保证书/银行担保并且接收退款
Apply for letter of guarantee/ bank of guarantee and follow up the refund;
· 跟踪订购付款情况,协助***
Follow up and collect order payment and assist invoice issuing issue.
6.统计(10%)
Statistics:
· 准备月度销售执行情况的报告,和MMM报告
Prepare Monthly Sales Performance Report and MMM report;
· 统计在中国市场的关于销售计划,销售数额和数量的详细数据
Stat. Sales detailed data of plan/order/amount and quantity of China market;
· 管理现有的客户名单
Manage existing customer list.
7.日本销售支持(10%)
Japanese sales support:
· 日本销售支持
Japanese sales support;
· 翻译相关的目录/贸易/技术文件,由日语翻译中文
Translate related catalogue/commercial/technical document from Japanese to Chinese.
8.投标(10%)
Bidding:
· 准备投标的贸易文件,并且整理归档
Prepare commercial part of bidding documentation and filing.
9.其它(10%)
Other:
· 当地物资购买的申请,如果需要用合同的形式申请
Apply for local purchasing of goods in contract (if any);
·完成主管所分配的任务
Accomplish assigned tasks from superintenders
· 按照ISO标准执行工作
Comply with the ISO procedures.
10. 执行公司分配的其它任务 (10%)
Perform any other duties as assigned

Position Specification
教育背景:
a) 大专以上学历
Qualification: Minimum ~ Diploma.
b) 至少三年的外资相关工作经验
Minimum 3 years with related experiences in multi-national companies.
c) 具有国际贸易政策的基本常识
Common sense of international trading policy
d) 具有良好的英语和普通话口语与书写能力
Good in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken.
e) 具有解决问题,分析问题的能力
Good problem solving & analytical skills.
f)具有进出口相关经验
Having working experience of import/export is preferred.
g) 能够流利的日语者更佳
Fluency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
