1、 利用展会及搜索引擎，黄页，行业论坛等网络资源开发客户，维护并提升现有客户关系，提升销售额及市场份额；

2、 与客户保持良好的沟通，实时把握客户需求，为客户提供主动、热情、细心、耐心、周到的服务；

3、根据公司产品、价格及市场策略，独立处理询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及订单等事宜；

4、跟进订单生产状态，及时与相关部门沟通，保证订单准时交付；

5、搜集整理各区域的客户、竞争对手、行业政策等相关信息，及时调整销售策略，以适应市场变化的需求；

6、搜集市场信息和客户反馈意见，对公司营销策略、售后服务等提出参考建议；

7、制定客户拜访计划并按期实施，深入了解客户的真实需求，挖掘切入点或增长点；

8、帮助客户解决问题，跟踪客户投诉处理结果，协助公司做好售后服务，提升客户满意度；

9、依据销售合同，按回款制度催收销售货款，确保货款的按期结算和资金的按期回收。

任职要求：

1.国际经济与贸易专业，英语专业或通信相关专业优先；

2.3年以上电子产品行业国际销售工作经验，或1年以上通信相关国际销售工作经验者优先考虑；

3.具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，熟悉国际客户接待和商务礼仪的标准规范；熟练使用Office、Excel等软件。
