职位描述
岗位职责：
1 、根据集团公司的发展战略，制定相应的人力资源战略规划，建立并执行集团公司人力资源管理的政策体系，为公司的发展提供专业的人事支持；
2、组织和实施具体的人力资源板块建设，具体包括：入转调离、人事数据处理等；企业文化类：建设沟通反馈渠道，建设良好工作环境，增强组织凝聚力；薪酬、福利体系建设与日常管控，绩效管理落地工作等；
3 、根据集团公司指导方针，制定本部门的工作计划并合理分解，监督检查计划执行情况，确保计划圆满完成并记录评估结果；
4 、掌握集团人力资源配置的现状，汇总、审核、平衡各校区的人力资源需求，并分析各项人事数据；
5、参与人事相关决策环节，提供专业建议，并协助推动决策落地；
6、完成上级安排的其他工作内容。
任职要求：
1、工商管理、人力资源类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上人事绩效相关的实操或者直接管理工作经验；
3、有集团HR综合管理经验，敏锐的政策运用与理解能力 ，良好的规划、沟通、组织协调、人际关系处理能力，有教育行业相关经验优先；
4、熟悉国家劳动相关法律法规与政府办事流程规章；
5、熟练使用office相关办公软件，对数字敏感，熟练执行数据分析与处理；
6、良好的形象气质，有职业道德和职业操守，良好的团队合作意识；
7、有一定的英语听说读写能力，口语流利者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
1、According organizational developing strategy, formulate relative strategic human resource planning, establish and implement organizational HRM policy system, provide professional HR support during organizational development.
2、Organizing and implementing HR functions development, including employee’s onboarding, transferring and demission, HR data analysis; Organizational culture: build communication channel and suitable working environment, enhance organizational cohesion; salary and benefit system construction and performance management, etc.
3、Regarding the organizational guidelines, establish and distribute departmental working plan, supervise the plan implementation, ensure full completion of the schedule, then record and evaluate it.
4、Evaluating current human resource allocation; Summarize, audit, and balance HR demand from the different schools, and analyze various information.
5、Participating HR-related decision-making processes, provide expert advice and forwarding the decision into the working situation.
6、Complete other working content from the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in BA, HR, or other related is preferred.
2、Three years or above HR performance management related practice or line-manager working experience.
3、Have group corporation comprehensive HR management experience, understanding of governmental policy in practices, the capability of planning, communicating, organizing, and handling peer relationships; Experienced in the education industry is a plus.
4、Familiar with Chinese labor law and policies, knowledge with governmental procedures, and regulations.
5、Proficient in Office, a strong sense of data, familiar with data analysis and processing.
6、Excellent appearance and manner, awareness of occupational morale and ethic, have a sense of team spirit.
7、Capable of English reading and writing, fluent oral speaking is preferred.
