Position Summary 

This role will be responsible for system development, maintenance and support aligned with the business needs and company growth, including for OA system, finance system, project management system and etc. The role will provide timely and high-quality system solution through business analysis for multiple domains, including Biometrics, Safety, Regulatory and Clinical Trial.

Key Responsibilities

? Find efficient and practical solutions to given requirements through business analysis

? Translate the business needs to the project teams and provide professional guidance and appropriate support during development of projects and the final validation

? Efficiently manage full-lifecycle of projects including business requirements, project planning, implementation, monitor and control, risk handling, project roll-out and customer validation to ensure a streamlined process

? Forecast and utilize project resources in an efficient manner to ensure project is delivered on time, within scope and budget

? Create/edit specific customer documents with high standardization including functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan, etc

? Manage and monitor internal project team and external vendor to ensure enhanced work efficiency, high motivation and good team spirit

? Collaborate with quality control team, project team to manage and optimize UAT phase ensuring project issues or bugs are sorted, and satisfactory client’s feedback as well

? Take responsibility of quality of the project by guaranteeing all project functions are flawless and validating delivery of the project meticulously, ensuring smooth project go-live

? Communicate with customer effectively and promptly in kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings, UAT validation to meet customers’ needs

? Give sufficient support to customers to meet customers satisfaction by answering customers inquires, resolving matters and complaints

Education and Key Competency Requirements

? Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

? 5+ year experience in business analysis and project management

? Major in IT discipline related;

? A master of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel, Power Point, etc. is required

? Working experience in system development and/or maintenance and/or project management is preferred

? PMP Certificate (Desirable)

? Good command of database, BI, VBA, C++ or Java script is preferred

? Able to manage and prioritize work and projects; analytical and organization skills

? A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Can-do attitude for high quality and efficient delivery

? Capability to identify issue and solve problems effectively and proactively 

? Effective oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English

创始人 - 谭凌实博士：拥有20多年跨国一流制药公司总部高级管理经验。此前担任辉瑞公司全球药物开发运营副总裁，在中国成功创建了首屈一指的研发中心，且经历10多年发展壮大到多个地点，成为辉瑞全球核心的研发中心之一，承担药物临床开发、安全风险管理、注册、临床稽查等关键职能。谭博士多年为RDPAD, DIA 的核心成员，担任重要职务,包括研发委员会主席, 全球董事等。谭博士还带头建立了与国内一流高校的教育培训合作，比如复旦大学、北京大学，交通大学。培养了不少拥有专业技能和行业知识的临床数据管理和编程人才。谭博士有在美国建立初创企业的经验，且在美国一流制药企业研发中心工作多年。谭博士拥有生物统计博士学位。
