Responsibilities:

· Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers' requirements.

· Review and define processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental.

·Participate in design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods.

· Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications.

· Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and resolving equipment hardware/software issues. 

Requirements:

· Master’s degree or above in Applied chemistry/physical chemistry/chemical engineering

·More than 5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry with focus on RTP or thermal process development in Fab or equipment supplier

·Indepth knowledge of interdependencies between key implant process parameters and electrical characteristics of CMOS devices

·Handson experience with development, qualification, sustaining engineering and troubleshooting of RTP equipment and processes

· Requires independent planning and discipline to ensure the timely completion of long-term projects 

· Effective technical written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required

· Located in Beijing, travel is must
