This job role invoice in developing advanced rapid thermal anneal temperature control system to meet the various requirements for advanced semiconductor technology nodes. Develop and modify temperature measurement model, coding, controller as needed to improve process results. Design experiments, root cause analysis and detailed documentation for technical issues during development and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Work as RD center team to develop temperature control model for 300***/200*** RTP(rapid thermal process) system.
• Develop temperature measurement system from high temperature to low temperature, detection with difference wafer optical property and robust system for new annealing, oxidation/nitridation, plasma oxidation/nitridation, sel application.
• Develop wafer mode for cross wafer tuning as long as CIP development to meet process requirement.
• Support the customer to solve problems related to temperature measurement, process optimization, as long as new product development.
• 1-2 years of oversea training.

Skills and requirements:

• At least MS in thermodynamics, optics Engineering in Physics and engineering. Ph.D is preferred.
• Smart thinking, good at learning and innovation, has passion of developing new system.
• Demonstrated good research experience in a technical environment with strong trouble shooting skill.
• Excellent English speaking and writing, data analysis, coding and communications skill.
• Must be able to work independently under pressure in a highly dynamic environment.
• RTP experience/background in research development center is preferred.
