Job Description:

1.  Performs new tools' installation, PM maintenance at customer site.

2.  Responds to customer's call, analyzes and troubleshoots tools' problems via telephone or at customer site.

3.  Communicate with customers and meet the demands of customer to increase customer's satisfaction.

4.  Assist supervisor and manager to improve the work quality and improve company products.

5.  Onsite spare parts management.

6.  Additional tasks assigned by supervisor/manager/director.

Job Requirement:

1.  Bachelor Degree or above in automation and Industry engineering,

2.  Minimum 5 years of related working experience, semiconductor experience is preferred,

3.  Able to work independently, able to write technical reports

4.  Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing, pass CET 4.

5.  Good office software skills, like work,excel, powerpoint etc.
