Summary of Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with the partners s who manufacture Organica Products over the world
• Continuously drive down material costs and improve product margins with our partners
• Check and ensure all manufacturing partners adhere to Organica’s strict guidelines for product testing and quality control

• Work closely with the partners to coordinate on-time delivery of all products to customers
• Support internal clients (sales, project management, legal) with day to day ad-hoc requests, including information on pricing, shipping costs, and lead times/delivery schedules
• Manage the realization of the manufacturing and purchasing contracts including the transportation, imports, exports and customer issues
• Position may require some travel (primarily in China) to visit local manufactures, inspect facilities/production capabilities, and build relationships

Qualifications 

•  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement and/or in a logistics position 
• Familiar with using ERP systems 
• Knowledge of international trading standards and practices 
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Good English knowledge
