To develop professional technical solutions for robotic system focusing on tier one industry, initiatively and effectively communicating and establishing a good relationship with customer. To have good capacity to manage several persons from cross teams to focus on specific task/industrial field. This is a Technical Sales-Support Specialist role, reporting to the Sales Support Manager in Business Area – Robotics and Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

- Managing several persons from cross teams to focus on specific task / industrial field and preparing professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with focus on cost effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operation.
- Providing technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review and convert this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimation.
- Ensuring that design and engineering is in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices and contractual requirements and preparing the technical presentations and presenting to the customer.
- Providing customers with professional consultation and leading the preparation of technical documentation for the delivered system.
- Preparing the cost calculation of system to support sales’ offer, initiatively developing and maintaining the customer relationship from technical side and performing other support sales relevant as required.

- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in the assembly application and preferred to have experience in automotive tier one industry or robotics.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of management experience with good management skills.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Must have strong organizational skills and effective communication and presentation skills.
