1、 Receive and maintain all master data about material, supplier , Source list & info record and make sure all information is correct to full match MPS and MRP run,

接收并维护相关主数据,如原材料，供应商，采购协议及采购价格，并且确保所有数据的准确性以保证MPS 和MRP的输出准确性;

2、 Material purchasing order planning, releasing and QAD maintain,

直接材料采购订单的编制、下达及QAD订单输入;

3、 Handling 3-way match and accounts payable process completion for direct material purchasing,

进行直接材料采购的3路匹配并完成相关应付账款的申请流程;

4、Track the delivery of PO and arrival time of the material and parts,

材料和零部件的发货和到货状态跟踪;

5、 Material inventory analysis, optimization and target control,

库存分析、优化及目标控制;

6、 To insure supplier's capacity and capability to meet production demand,

确保货源能力达到生产要求;

7、 Contract review and substitution application,

合同评审及紧急代用件采购;

8、Continue improve the on time delivery and lead time of suppliers,

供应商的零件准时交货率和交货周期的持续改进;

9、 Work with quality engineer to continue improve the supplier quality performance,

与供应商质量工程师共同工作并实现供应商交货质量的持续改进;

10、Implement quality management system including TS14969,OHS18001 etc,

贯彻各种管理体系的要求;

11、Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.

遵守公司健康安全环境规定，及时向HSE汇报不安全隐患和事件。

12、Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.

COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

1、International purchasing experience definitely is strength， 具备国外采购经验；

2、Logistics knowledge and inventory management skill， 具备物流知识和存货管理技能；

3、Strength of basic problem analysis and solving skills - e.g.8D,pareto, run chart, root cause analysis ，具备基础问题分析和解决技能，如8D分析, 柏拉图分析，根源分析等；

4、Good command of English both written and oral， 具备良好的英语口头和写作能力；

5、Strong capabilities for data summary and analysis， 较强的数据总结和分析能力；

6、Good communication and interpersonal skills. l 良好的沟通技能和人际关系处理能力；

7、 Familiar with ISO /TS 16949， 熟悉ISO /TS 16949；

8、ERP Knowledge background, QAD prefer， 具备ERP知识，熟悉QAD优先考虑；

9、Microsoft-Word , Excel , Power Point Knowledge. 熟练使用办公软件如 Word, Excel, Power Point等。
