Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completion of process support and installation of Mattson etching systems at customer sites.  

2. Independently develop new dry processes to meet the various requirements for advanced semiconductor technology nodes at customer sites.

3. Design and compete experiments, root cause analysis and detailed documentation for technical issues during development and troubleshooting for both internal and external distribution.

4. Responsible for communication with Global prod team to transfer technical solution to customer and facility project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Advanced understanding of plasma etch and 5+ years process maintenance experience.

2. Demonstrated hands-on experimental research experience in a technical environment: Master. in chemical Engineering, material science or related field.

3. Excellent data analysis skills, including numerical and statistical analysis of data, treatment of experimental errors and graphical presentation of diverse (potentially multidimensional) datasets.

4. Excellent documentation and communications skill. This position requires generation of reports and presentations for internal and customer review.

5. Must be able to work independently under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment.

6. Proficient English skill both in oral and writing.
