任职要求：

1、30岁以上，本科以上学历，行政管理、人力资源管理等相关专业优先；

2、熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识；

3、统筹规划能力、执行力强，情商高，能及时调整工作计划，团队领导能力、抗压力强；

4、擅长人事管理，招聘、培训、薪酬体系建设。

5、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策。
