工作职责:

1）Work with process integration and Process areas, R&D to understand, identifying yield detractors, and directing activities and resolve the issues to drive product yield and quality improvement.

2）Effectively plan for required resources, product mix adjustments, new technology development and changes.

3）Prioritizes unknown yield issues with engineering team.

4）Ensure the effective and efficient communication of defect data and follow-up for resolutions of root cause.

任职资格:

1.MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.

2.At least 2 years (MS) seniority of Yield Analysis in high-volume-manufacturing FAB

3.Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

4.Demonstrated to be proactive in resolving problems, taking accountability and open communication.

5.Fluent English or Mandarin speaking, good listening and writing for effective internal/external communication.
