工作职责:

1）Create new recipes and solve current measurement issues on optical thin film, and other metrology systems.

2） Understand and optimize system performance with respect to system specifications

3）Engage in continuous improvement programs on the metrology systems.

4） Interact with process engineers, equipment engineers, and vendors to make sure the metrology systems are in health state.

5） Perform new system evaluation for 3D NAND technology

任职资格:

1.Working knowledge of semiconductor process technology.

2.Working experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment.

3.Knowledge and experience of one more of following systems is a plus:

- Optical thin film systems

- Optical inspection systems

- CDSEM and Overlay systems

4. Other metrology systems in semiconductor fabs

5. Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3 years’ experience.

6. Fluent communication skills in English (speaking and written) are required.
