工作职责:

1) Owner of data sheet verification, product validation, characterization, qualification and system validation. 2) Define test modes for DFT and DFM. Define validation & characterization

methodology, perform product validation & characterization and provide

feedback to designers and process engineers.

3) Define test flow, test methodology and test specifications for both wafer level

test and package level test to meet product qualification requirement, and

consistently drive test time reduction and yield improvement during mass

production.

4) Be responsible for data analysis and failure analysis during both product

development and mass manufacturing period, and identify the device failure

mechanism for continuous design and (fab & assembly) process improvement.

5) Support AE and customer to enable product on their platform and investigate

customer issues.

6) Support test HW validation and develop test program on varieties of test

platforms.

任职资格:

7) Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, Micro-electronics or any other

relative majors in sciences.

8) >7 years (for bachelor) or >5 years (for master) in semiconductor industry, and

get a comprehensive understanding of fab/assembly process for memory

products. PCM, RRAM or MRAM product relevant experience is preferred.

9) Experienced on Automatic Test Equipment for memory, such as Advantest

V93k, T5833, T5803HS or Teradyne MagnumV.

10) Good analytical skills, Capable of statistical data analysis and data mining.

11) Good communication skills to work efficiently with multi-functional groups

across different department and ""location"". Willing to travel domestic or abroad.

12) Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented, able to take pressure and work

under tight schedule.
