工作职责:

Insurance Placement & Procurement

保险排分及采购

Lead the property and casualty insurance program, including PDBI, Cargo, PL, Motor，Employee benefits insurance, while maintaining positive relationships with insurers and brokers providing services to the internal clients

负责财产类保险项目，包括PDBI，货运，产品责任，同时负责保险人和保健经纪人的供应商管理，为内部客户提供保险服务

Ensure insurance business compliance with both external laws & regulations and the company

s internal rules ®ulations

确保保险工作的合规性，既遵守外部法律法规，也符合公司内部的规章制度。

Develop strategy on insurance business that supports the corporate objectives. Monitor insurance markets to maintain program competitiveness.

制定保险工作的发展策略以完成公司目标，持续跟踪保险市场确保保障方案的竞争力。

Responsible for the entire end-to-end claims handling process reference to all line coverage. Support other colleagues in handling urgent, escalated property security cases (e.g., catastrophic claims, liability claims, complex fraud investigations, etc)，engage with and influence both internal and external stakeholders e.g. surveyors, loss adjustors，insurers etc.

负责所有险种的赔案处理，支持其他同事负责紧急的案件处理, 协调内外部的各方，如公估人，保险人等。

Maintain standard claims database and reports for monitoring and benchmarking all claim activity.

统计赔案信息以及相应的市场对标和监控报告。

Interface with internal clients and external resources to identify and define risk mitigation or loss trend strategies.

联接内部客户和外部资源，用以制定是适宜的风险管理策略。

Contract Support

合同支持

Support the procurement & legal team with consult, review and/or drafting of appropriate contractual insurance provision

协助采购和法务团队进行合同中保险条款的咨询、审核或起草。

任职资格:

Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Legal or other closely related filed

在风险管理、保险、法务或其他相近领域本科学历

6+years’ experience in brokers or insurers

6年以上经纪人或保险公司工作经验

Ability to work and solve problems independently, collaboratively, or through delegation

具备独立工作的能力，同时擅长团队合作以及授权工作

Excellent communication, both written and spoken, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

优秀的沟通能力（写和讲），谈判和冲突解决的能力

Fluent in written and reading English
