工作职责:

1. Leading method development to meet R&D and production needs.

2. In depth communication with internal customers to provide support to R&D and manufacture projects.

3. Operation and maintenance of surface/material analysis tools and accomplishment of assigned analytical jobs.

4. Assisting project management and planning.

5. Monitoring and tracking state-of-the-art techniques of semiconductor and thin film analysis.

6. Supervising and mentoring junior engineers and technicians on tool operation and related theory.

7. Preparation and management of tool PM and calibration records.

任职资格:

1. Master or Ph.D. in material science, physics, chemistry, semiconductor or related majors.

2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on surface/material analysis. Previous semiconductor experience is a plus.

3. Expert level experience required on at least one of the following techniques: XPS/XRD/AES/SIMS/FTIR/Raman/SPM/APT/Hg probe/HMS etc.

4. Strong knowledge base on condense matter physics or semiconductor material analysis.

5. Team spirit and willing to collaborate with multiple teams.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to adapt a highly productive environment and to respond quickly and effectively to meet customers' needs.

8. Ability to work in English spoken environment.

9. Ability to consistently act with integrity and accountability.
