工作职责:

"1. Assist the loop leader to own the lithography process development and improvement for certain loop of the 3D NAND.

2. To solve the technical problems and carry out CIP for process characterization and improvements;

3. Assist the loop leader to execute the actions for certain projects;

4. Report to the loop leader on the issues and project progress;

5. Act as mentor of the freshman."

任职资格:

"1. Bachelor’s degree in Micro-electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science.

2. With a minimum of 3 years relevant experiences, or combination of education and relevant experiences.

3. Be familiar with the fundamental lithography principles and applications;

4. Be familiar with the concepts of SPC/DOE/FA;

5. Have success experience in joining a project.
