工作职责:

参与封装测试工序相关提升资源,设备,材料以及人力利用效率的相关项目

配合部门根据要求选择封装测试外包商,合理完成各项生产计划和目标

推进生产计划管理系统的应用 (B2B, forecast & commit, EWO…)

持续开发供应链管理系统 (wafer map, traceability, CT, delivery…) 进行日常监控.

负责向相关部门呈现相关封装工程数据报告,

负责封装材料的库存管理和相关tooling的准备

保持封装测试运营的持续性,防范因生产计划问题引起的供应链断裂

与研发部门紧密合作,顺利完成新技术从研发到量产的转移

与客户服务部门,营销市场紧密合作,解决客户反馈的问题, 达到客户的期望

Take part in projects to improve the utilization of resource, equipment, materials and human resource.

Cooperate with departments to select assy & test subcons, and complete production plans and objects

Promote the system of production planning management (B2B, forecast & commit, EWO…)

Continuous develop and monitor supply chain management system (wafer map, traceability, CT, delivery…)

Responsible to present data reports to relevant departments

Responsible to material and tooling preparation

Maintain the continuity of production and prevent supply chain breakdown due to production planning problems.

Closely cooperate with R&D department to successfully transfer new technology from R&D to mass production

Work closely with customer service and marketing to solve customer feedback and meet customer requirements

任职资格:

本科或以上学历,英语听说读写熟练

有3-5年或以上半导体封装测试行业客户服务,项目跟进,生产计划经验.

熟悉系统,良好的分析和沟通能力,能协调各部门达成生产目标.

Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

3-5 years or more experience in customer service, projects follow-up and production planning in semiconductor packaging and testing industry.

Familiar with the system, good analytical and communication skills, able to coordinate all departments to achieve production objectives.
