MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责:

·         - To identify new HSE legal requirements and incorporate them into plant operation.

·         - To execute HSE related trainings.

·         - To execute HSE related monitoring, audit, inspection, and track the defects to be 

·            improved.

·         - Assist to establish and manage ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system and other HSE related

·            system.

·         - Carry out Behaviour Based Safety to identify/control unsafe behaviour.

·         - To conduct evaluation, and audit for PPE use, storage, distribution and maintenance.

·         - To handle abnormal case and incident, carry out incident investigation and give corrective  

·            & preventive actions.

·         - Assist to setup and manage HSE related documentations.

·         - To carry out emergency response preparation and other related concerns.

·         - Contractors management for zero harm and no fire incident.

·         - Security guard management for property loss prevention.

·         - Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational: University degree, major in safety/environmental engineering, or other engineering related.

Experience: At least 2 years experience in manufacturing as HSE role, working in MNC preferred.
