3.主要负责生产线，贴片工艺改善，制程管控，作业人员职能培训，针对品质问题能够进行及时的分析

4.对回流焊的参数设置的经验，能确保焊接质量

5.能够独立进行新产品的准备，试产，总结及改善。

6.会锡膏印刷机

7.有车间人员、6S、物料等方面的管理经验

8.工作勤奋，吃苦耐劳，能适应白晚班倒班，友爱同事
