1、项目启动 Launch program

参与新项目工装设备的设计，制造工作，协调内外部资源，组织设备安装调试和爬产

Participate in the design and manufacture of new project facility and equipment, coordinate internal and external resources, organization equipment installation, debugging, and ramp up;

培训维修技工及操作工，确保顺利量产

Training the technician and operators, ensure SOP smoothly;

2、现生产维护和改进 Maintain and improve serial Product

处理生产相关问题，并与质量工程师一起解决焊接质量问题

Production trouble shooting, and deal with the welding quality problem together with quality engineer;

确保设备产能满足客户需求

Guarantee the machine capacity meet customer requirement;

持续改进产品焊接质量，提高劳动生产率

Improve welding quality and productivity continuously;

协助维修部处理设备故障

Assist maintenance department to handle equipment failure;

3、特殊的任务 Specific missions and results

直属经理交给的其他临时工作

Others temporary jobs given by plant Manager

岗位任职资格Position Qualification：

1、3 年以上焊接工作经验，具有汽车相关的背景，熟悉激光焊接优先考虑;

Above 3 years welding work experience, automobile related background is a plus, familiar with laser welding is greatly preferred;

2、具有较强的分析能力和故障排除能力

Strong analytical skill and troubleshooting ability

3、改进工具(8D/QRQC)的理论和方法

the theory and method of quality improve tools (8D/QRQC)

4、项目质量策划(APQP/PMS)的理论和方法

the theory and method of APQP/PMS for program quality planning

5、本科学历，主修机械、焊接或相关专业;

Bachelor's degree majoring in mechanical, welding or related;
