Contract Logistics Customer Service （Jianghan,Wuhan)

YOUR ROLE

 This position will provide consistently outstanding levels of customer service by completing all required tasks efficiently, and take the lead in managing issues with order profiles or allocated customer portfolio.

    

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution operations with distribution center, plant and port
• Update shipment information in transportation management system accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations on the part of the company
• Review the process and implement solutions in conjunction to contribute to continuous improvements

Your skills and experience  

To be considered, you should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and ideally in a transportation or logistics company. You are customer-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
