1.监控物品出入库管理、库存盘点、账务核对，确保实际与单据和系统数据一致；及时发现和改正缺陷；监控库存物品的质量状况，做好不良品管理；掌握库存物品的货龄变动，定期反馈货龄异常的物品。

2.合理的摆放和区域规划，做好库区标识，提高库位利用率；合理安排车位，提高车辆装卸效率；监控叉车等主要设备的使用情况，提高设备的利用率；计划合适的资源来配合运作要求。

3. 协助仓库主任对仓库的人员进行日常工作安排和管理。

4. 对仓库的账务及实物进行管理。

5. 对仓库的作业现场进行管理，保证仓库的现场作业安全、通畅、高效。

职责要求：

1. 大专以上学历，仓储现场运作相关专业，持叉车证并能熟练操作；

2.  一年以上快消品仓库物流现场运作经验，如有行业领先的饮料、啤酒从业经验则优先考虑；

3.熟悉电脑办公软件操作，如具备SAP（ERP）操作经验则优先考虑；

4. 良好的协调、沟通能力，团队意识强，有责任感，有一定的职业安全意识。
