职位描述
1. 负责组织对人力资源发展计划的拟订、检查、修订及执行；
2．负责制定公司人事管理制度。设计人事管理工作程序，研究、分析并提出改进工作意见和建议；
3．负责对各部门工作目标的拟订、执行及控制；
4．负责人事考核、考查工作。建立人事档案资料库；规范人才培养、考查选拔工作程序；组织定期或不定期的人事考证、考核、考查的选拔工作；
5. 和总经理安排的其他事项
