  岗位职责：

1、负责管理公司团队，沟通协调销售团队与公司其他各部门的配合，实现公司销售目标；

2、制定并完善外团队的制度、流程和销售计划，确保各环节工作有序高效地运作；

3、统计分析公司的销售数据，为公司的外贸销售决策提供有效依据；

4、参与公司各管理系统的开发和优化；

5、与总经理保持良好沟通，定期向总经理汇报企业经营发展和计划的执行情况。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，5 年以上大型销售管理经验，有农用化学品出口公司经验者优先；

2、英语要求CET6以上，读写熟练；

3、较强的统筹、组织、沟通和协调能力；

4、学习和适应能力强，责任心强，执行力强，有团队精神；

5、能承担较强的工作压力，有志于同创业公司一同成长发展。
