1. 负责将客户的采购需求转化成公司内部生产需求订单下发给生产计划，包括公司部分海外生产基地的生产计划订单。

2. 负责与生产计划对接，沟通协调确认交期并及时反馈。

3. 负责订单的跟进，包括生产进度、写码、包装、标签等。

4. 负责订单发货事宜，包括发货单据的制作、快递的预约、发货前的核对等。发货后及时准确完整地向客户传递相关物流信息，协助客户清关等具体物流事务，确保客户顺利收货。

5. 负责及时上传或邮寄相关发票，对客户及时催收货款，保证销售的货物及时按期回款。

6. 负责SAP系统的录单工作。

7. 协助团队领导或业务人员提供售后支持服务。

8. 协助领导做部分客户的报价辅助工作。

9. 按期及时准确地向团队领导提供销售预测，销售金额、合同金额和回款等统计工作。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，外贸、通讯、电子、英语专业优先。

2.对英语有一定的阅读和写作能力（达到大学英语四级或同级别英语水平），口语流利者优先，英语六级及以上水平优先。有海外工作或差旅经历者优先。

3.有两年以上外贸跟单经验，有光模块外贸跟单经验者优先。

4.熟悉进出口常识，能与外国客户流畅沟通。工作有条理，耐心细致，反应快，逻辑能力强。吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。执行力强，有一定的亲和力。
