Responsibilities

• Study the equipment, improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations, time studies, simulation, and line balancing
• Study the End of Line testing and collect the data
• Data analysis and transverlize the data in to product life cycle improvement
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and create Process documentation
•  Value stream mapping, Capacity analysis, identify the opportunities for Optimize assembly flow and process improvements

• Improve the Poka/yoke, improve the assembly quality control

Requirements

-5 days per week for 6 months;

-Skilled in use MS Office, MiniTab, AutoCad;

-Strong data analytic and statistic abilities;

-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering( including Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical /Manufacturing /Welding Engineering);
