职位要求：

1、具有免疫学，抗体，elisa,，wb相关专业更容易上手，其它专业对于生物，化学有一定兴趣或者基础亦可。

2、对开发客户感兴趣，本行业客户群体以高校，科研单位，研究所，生物生产型公司居多，特点是开发出的客户有稳定的订货量，客户订货量由小变大的可能性极高。

3、有wb,pcr,elisa相关工作经验者优先

4、需要简单运用excel,word

5、有相对科学合理的销售任务。

职位描述：

1、对接经销商，通过专业或经验背景，梳理经销商与实际用户对于产品的精准需求和用途，促成订单及扩大用户购买需求。

2、借助公司发布的各种促销政策，向客户准确表达公司促销意向，扩大订单，完成销售任务。

3、协助公司技术支持解决客户实验中的疑问与困惑，提高客户满意度，促进客户二次购买和扩大客户购买量。

4、在销售中不断学习产品知识和经验，不断提高客户信赖感，促进更大订单的形成。

5、借助自身品牌及促销优势回访客户，了解客户更多需求，以及总结目前销售中的问题与瑕疵，及时优化改进。

Brief Introduction
