Key Responsibility岗位职责：

1.Responsible for end to end management of programs including actions, execution, and deliverables from concept, through development, product launch.

负责项目从概念、开发到产品发布的全过程管理，包括行动、执行和交付。

2.Work closely with Product Manager, Human factors and UX, Device Engineering,  Outsource manufacturing, Software App and Backend Cloud development and Design Partners, Suppliers, and Customer Support.

与产品经理、相关人和用户体验、设备工程、外包制造、软件应用和后端云开发和设计合作伙伴、供应商和客户支持密切合作。

3.Understand and manage customer requirements, control the scope, budget and schedule.

了解和管理客户需求，控制范围、预算和进度。

4.Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team.

与客户(内部和外部)和项目团队进行定期和有效的沟通。

5.Conduct project and team assessment, defines and delivers educational requirements, facilitates and organizes the project and team structure, and resolves problems.

进行项目和团队评估，定义和交付需求，促进和组织项目和团队结构，并解决问题。

6.Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; Identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear and accurate direction.

制定和维护详细的项目工作计划和预算;确定适当的资源，并以明确和准确的方向分配它们。

7.Maintains up to date tracking and status of all issues and risks. Communicates project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues.

保持所有问题和风险的最新跟踪和状态。定期与管理层沟通项目状态，并保存会议记录和项目问题。

8.Manage day to day project execution, monitors staff performance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates project issues .

9.Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet the needs.

评估项目风险，制定应急计划，并随着项目的进展对风险的变化做出反应。识别、评估和监控项目的相关质量标准，并确定满足需求的方法。

10.Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.

与生产团队紧密合作，确保新产品顺利投产。

11.Need to manage the outsourcing supplier to meeting project scope.

需要管理外包供应商以满足项目范围。

12.Communicant with other function(Factory, Sourcing) to hand over the project smoothly.

与其他部门(工厂，采购部)沟通，顺利移交项目。 

Qualifications & Attributes任职资格：

1.Five years or above experience as Project Manager (preferred Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical product/IoT product).

5年以上项目经理工作经验(电子/电气/机械/物联网产品优先)。

2.PMP certified.

PMP证书。

3.Prefer good understanding of software and hardware development, factory, quality, sourcing background, and with some marketing exposure.

对软件和硬件开发，工厂，质量，采购有良好的了解，有一定的市场经验。

4.Prefer good understanding of Agile product development approach and methodologies.

更好的理解敏捷产品开发方法和方法。

5.Fast learner, with ability and willingness to constantly improve, and adapt to new ways of doing things.

学习能力强，有能力和意愿不断提高，能适应新的做事方式。

6.Engineering background (Preferred electrical/electronics, mechanical, Automation, IoT) .

7.Good English communication skills is referred.
