职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Understand the product function, analyze the static structure and dynamic behavior of the product hardware and software, and be able to generate documents and UML diagrams accordingly.
2. Decompose customer input into different system levels of requirements following ASPICE, and provide functional requirement input to R&D team.
3. Work with software architect to understand system architecture, analyze and organize non-functional requirements, and provide system internal requirement input to R&D team.
4. Responsible for using tools to manage different levels of requirements and traceabilities.
Work with Scrum Master to define the software development iteration goal, track the development progress and make adjustment according to the actual situation during the process.
任职要求
1、 Bachlor degree or above, major in automotive or EE.
2、 Has basic software or hardware development knowledge.
3、 At least 1-3 years Tier1 or OEM engineering or requirement management experience,familiar with Agile way of working
4、 Good English communication and writing skill.
5、 Good documentation and presentation skill.
Experience in APA/ADAS related system analysis is preferred.
