1）.New project tracking：1.Attend weekly new project meeting
2.According to APQP timing, checking new projects' raw material PO & Delivery status, make sure MRD
3.Apply and create new supplier into ERP system;
2）.Documents Preparation：1.Submit all necessary documents for new project, like material and sub-contractor list.
2. Collect supplier package proposal and check it
3. Push supplier submit IMDS.
4. Collect PPAP documents and send to quality team.
3）RFQ and Price negociate：1. Receive all material information including drawings and inquirement, and send RFQ to supplier
2. Summarize all quotations and report, negociate price and delivery condition
4）Sign contract ：1. Negociate with supplier about payment term, delivery term. Release normination letter to supplier
2. Sign purchase agreement, logistic agreement and quality agreement with new supplier.
3. Sign contract with supplier about TOOLING JIG and CF.
5）TS Document：1.New supplier's sourcing, visiting and evaluation
2.Set up new supplier information
6）Payment：Apply all payment for raw material, purchase part and Tooling, JIG CF.
任职资格：
1、 本科以上学历英语四级以上（听、说、写流利），年龄25-30岁；
2、 国际贸易专业优先考虑，了解贸易知识;
3、 具有良好的沟通、表达能力及解决问题的能力;
4、 熟练使用办公软件;
5、 要有很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力;
6、 细心、认真、积极进取、责任心强；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神;

浦项奥斯特姆（武汉）汽车配件有限公司是由韩国株式会社奥斯特姆Austem (出资87%)、浦项（中国）投资有限公司（出资5%）及浦项（芜湖）汽车配件制造有限公司（出资8%）三方共同出资建立，注册资本金1000万美元，一期总投资2500万美元。公司位于武汉市洪山区青菱都市工业园上汽通用工业内,于2015年11月注册成立。
公司总占地面积为75100平方米（112.6亩），一期工厂总建筑面积为18000平方米，随着一期工厂的建成，将为实现2017年3月上海通用武汉工厂D2UC项目底盘件量产提供保障。
