1. 负责从cold call, 电话面试，f2f 面试，与客户的面试跟踪，offer release， 入职跟踪；

2. 分析所招聘岗位，了解所招聘岗位的需求，能及时有效完成招聘计划；

3. 与商务经理保持良好沟通，熟悉公司业务和客户需求，为业务发展提供支持；

4. 与亚太区TA团队保持密切合作；

5. 维护人才库，准时完成相关招聘报表；

6. 完成领导安排的其他任务。

要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有汽车或IT行业招聘经验者优先；

2. 良好的英文听说读写能力；

3. 学习能力强，富有责任心，态度端正积极。
