• R&R for the position:

1. Leading software projects, communicate with customer on project scope and technology requirement;

2. Make the project plan and fully responsible for driving the software project delivery;

3. Coordinate cross-functional activities with departments as required for project management;

4. Maintain and improve current program management activities and processes, coordinating cross-functional team to implement new processes;

5. Responsible for review software team related project status and support team to carry out plan and actions on major issue;

6. Responsible for execution tasks and activities assigned from top level;

7. Coordinate the global project when necessary.

• Education:

Bachelor degree in SW Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or related, Master degree is desired.

• Required Skills and Experience:

1. 5+ year working experience with at least 3 years with project management in Automotive industry;

2. Knowledge of C/C++ software programming language and embedded system software development ;

3. Mastery of project management tools, process & procedure;

4. Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill;

5. Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively;

6. Working experience with globalized company will be a plus.
