      工作职责

      1. To work on/manage CMOS device development project 

      2. To coordinate with device, reliability and design team to ensure    device-safe for memory product design

      3. To collaborate with Reliability and testing team to evaluate CMOS device    reliability items (HCI, NBTI, etc.) , to define device operation region

      4. To develop DFR (Design-For-Reliability) platform

      任职资格

      1. Masters or PhD in Micro-electronics or semiconductor engineering

      2. At least 3 years’ relevant experience

      3. Good knowledge on CMOS process and device physics 

      4. Familiar with CMOS device reliability evaluation method

      5. Basic concept of analog and digital circuit

      6. Background of circuit design or verification is preferred 

      7. DFR related working experience is preferred
