      工作职责： 

      1. understanding behavior of manufacturing systems and enables managers and    engineers to:

      a. Identify opportunities for improving existing systems

      b. Design effective new systems

      c. Provide how-to-do and trade-off in KPIs for company’s good.

      2. Enable Decision optimization for line control in scheduling &    dispatching solution

      3. Fully automation operation for transportation efficiency    improvement

      4. Integrate the knowledge of information technology , WIP management,    resource management to create more value-added knowledge through report or IT    skill.

      5. Actively take ownership and responsibility for problem solving toward    eliminate roadblock

      6. Need to on-duty support some urgent requirement to fix dispatch system    or report system issue.

      7. Good communication with related department to drive productivity    improvement

      岗位要求： 

      1. over 2 years semiconductor experience.

      2. bachelor degree and master above.

      3. Good communication with others and other department.

      4. Good IT skills of NET, SQL or other IT programming language.
