Document Processing Export Ocean Freight Support (海运出口文件处理专员)
Centralized Services Centre (CSC) is the in-house outsourcing service provider of Panalpina Greater China. Our main activities are data entry and system processing.

To put CSC into function, we’re looking for dynamic candidates to fill in the position of Document Processing Export Ocean Freight Support. The right candidate should take the following responsibilities and fulfill requirements as stated:
1. Send shipping advice to overseas stations
2. Interface with subcontractors / internal stakeholders
3. Check shipping documents
4. Documentation processing
5. Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices
6. Follow SOP and quotation / billing instruction
7. Job costing
8. Update Track and Trace systems

Requirements & skills:
1. 1-2 years work experience of ocean freight document processing in freight forwarding / shipping line industry is priority.
2. Have good knowledge in shipping operation procedures.
3. Language skills: Mandarin / good spoken & written English (CET4 or above).
4. Good PC skill, preferably fast and accurate typing skill.
5. Independent and team work spirit, professional attitude and enthusiastic approach, willing to work under pressure.
