Key Tasks
?Verify transport document from shipper, consignee and BU and ensure the doc is ready for customs clearance
?Verify Customer and Internal information.
?Ensure customer & internal KPIs are met at all times.
?Address critical issues and offer solutions to optimize whole process, provide feedback to Management group for improvements in all work-related aspects.
?Carry out other tasks as assigned by superior

Market & Industry Knowledge
? Expertise in the area of data entry
? Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
? Understanding of PA strategy and products
? Good understanding of processes and SSC concepts
? Willingness to travel

? Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information

Educational background / Work experience
?Education: College or above
?Work experience: 1-2 years in logistic MNC.

Language skills
?Good spoken & written in Mandarin/English (CET 4 or above)
