The role of the HR Specialist is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

1.Training and Development
-Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
-Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
-Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
-Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.
-(May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions.

2.Faurecia Excellent Systems- Employee Empowerment
-Act as EE reference in the plant -Provide plant with EE standards
-Support management in the building and deployment of plant EE strategy
-Support management in the implementation of EE tools
-Conduct workshops -Coach supervisors, managers, GAP leaders
-Review progress with Management & make proposals to remove roadblocks
-Review progress with Division EE & communicate on Best Practices and difficulties

3.Recruitment
-Make annual recruitment plan according to operation talent requirement and group headcount budget.
-M&P position application in Taleo system, Sourcing and attract qualified candidate to join company in order to meet talent requirement.
-Organizing and taking part in recruiting activities like campus recruitment and office staff recruitment.
-Extending the recruiting channels and following the effectiveness of recruitment
-Summarizing recruitment progress regularly, report to HR manager and Group HR.

4.C&B
-Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
-Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
-Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
-Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
-Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
-Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
-Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.
-Be responsible for regularly report in Magnitude, PIMS, Taleo

Qualifications： The ideal candidate will have/be:
-Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in HR
-A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment, above 3 years working experience, master at least 2 functions in HR, e.g. Recruiting, Training, Performance, Staff Relation and so on.
-Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
-International mind set ？Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
-Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
