MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:

1. Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.

2. Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.

3. Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation.

4. Provide repair and maintenance for all the equipment and facility related services, perform general

periodic maintenance.

5. Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works.

6. Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM instructions and train PM technicians and operators.

7. Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.

8. Report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the

affected area.

9. Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits

of improved personal performance.

10. Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating

procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational: College degree in related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.Experience in manufacturing process control and set up.

Attributes: Basic interpersonal and communication skills.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

1. Basic oral and written English.

2. Good math and computer skills.

3. Ability to service machinery in such a way to avoid damage to capital equipment, tools, or production line product is desired.

A new expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will open in Wuhan. This new plant will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant will locate in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products include: rear caliper, front caliper, booster and master cylinder. First assembly line in Wuhan plant will launch in May, 2012, revenue target for 2015 will be 155 million USD.
