职位描述



  

 

  

  1.   Establish and maintain excellent relationships with startup and new OEM customers        to support the launch, stabilization and growth of Standard Profil’s business in China.

  2.   Develop and propose market intelligence based sales strategies to acquire profitable business from new customer relationships to support the achievement of the business plan.

  3.   Create a customer data base, pricing models and a quotation process that is coherent with the global Standard Profil methodology to facilitate targeted business acquisition.

  4.   Provide a clear point of contact with new and existing customers based in China or with projects in China on all technical and commercial issues to facilitate excellent customer service.

  5.   Act as the voice of the customer within Standard Profil and the voice of the company to customers in China to support effective communications and relationship building.

  6.   Develop, propose and implement effective image creation and public relationship strategies to promote Standard Profil as a world class and financially sound competitor in the Chinese automotive components sector.

  7.   Recruit, train and develop Standard Profil’s Sales and Business Development team in China to support the achievement of outstanding levels of business acquisition and retention.

  8. Support the General Manager Standard Profil China (GMSPC) in the creation of excellent team spirit and team working to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

  9. Support the GMSPC and Human Resources Manager in the development of harmonious relationships in the local commercial and broader social environment to establish SPC as socially responsible employer of choice.

     

                    

  1. 技能要求 Function Requirement

     

    

  • 大学及以上学历;University graduation or above

  • 市场营销/国际贸易专业;Major in Marketing or International Trade;

  • 销售工作及管理经验10年以上;Have more than 5 years sales and management working experience;

  • 熟悉公司产品、产品责任等知识,熟悉公司质量体系以及APQPPPAPFMEA等工作要求;Familiar with company’s product, product liability, familiar with company quality system and the requirements of APQP, PPAP, FMEA;

  • 擅长与客户沟通、交流,市场开发能力强;Be good at communicate with customers, good ability on market developing;

  • 具备员工管理经验以及良好的客户信誉;With employee management experience and good reputation from customer;

  • 具有强烈的责任感,能够树立和维护企业的良好形象;Strong responsible to work could set up and protect good image for company;
